近日，潤邦股份旗下德國KOCH公司再次獲得摩洛哥磷酸鹽公司（OCP）新訂單，將為其提供四臺(tái)大型門式刮板取料機(jī)。

      其中，兩臺(tái)取料能力為每小時(shí)3,600噸的設(shè)備將用于磷酸鹽堆場(chǎng)作業(yè)，另兩臺(tái)每小時(shí)2,400噸的設(shè)備用于硫磺顆粒堆場(chǎng)。所有設(shè)備均集成全自動(dòng)料場(chǎng)管理系統(tǒng)，可實(shí)現(xiàn)無人值守運(yùn)行。KOCH采用模塊化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化設(shè)計(jì)，為客戶大大降低了備件庫存與運(yùn)維成本。

      OCP是全球最大的磷礦石基地、最大的磷酸鹽出口商和生產(chǎn)商，也是世界領(lǐng)先的肥料生產(chǎn)企業(yè)之一。截至目前，KOCH已累計(jì)向OCP交付同類門式取料機(jī)超過20臺(tái)，其中持續(xù)運(yùn)行時(shí)間最長的設(shè)備已超過40年，性能依然穩(wěn)定。此次新訂單不僅延續(xù)了雙方數(shù)十年的合作，也為全球礦業(yè)領(lǐng)域樹立了“穩(wěn)健卓越，超長服役”的設(shè)備新標(biāo)桿。

We are excited to share that our subsidiary company KOCH Solutions has been awarded a new project in Morocco again from valued client OCP Group, Koch will deliver 4 portal scraper reclaimers to OCP.

Among them, two reclaimers with a capacity of 3,600 t/h will be deployed in phosphate stockyard operations, while the other two, with a capacity of 2,400 t/h, will be used in sulfur handling. All reclaimers are equipped with fully automated operation with stockpile management systems. These machines will be designed to standardize as much as possible, thereby reducing customer’s OPEX costs.

OCP is the world's largest phosphate mines, the largest exporter and producer of phosphates, and one of the world's leading fertilizer manufacturers. To date, with this new contract of 4 high-capacity portal reclaimers, KOCH has ow supplied more than 20 this type of machines to OCP Group. The longest-serving equipment has been in operation for over 40 years and continues to perform reliably. This new project not only extends a decades of strong partnership between the two companies but also sets a new global benchmark in mining for equipment with exceptional reliability and high performance.
